Education: Tifany graduated cum laude with a Master’s degree in Philanthropic Studies from the Lilly School of Philanthropy at Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) concentrating on social innovations for gender equality. She is certified in Women’s International Health and Human Rights through Stanford’s Center on Social Innovation and Women in Innovation at Yale’s School of Management. Prior to that, Tifany earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Fine Art from Pepperdine University.
Experience: Tifany founded Red Philanthropy Consulting (Red) because she believes in the transformative power of philanthropy. Through Red, Tifany advises philanthropic families and foundations on their giving strategies and partners with their nonprofit beneficiaries to increase impact. She is a creative innovator, whose work spans across the social sector. She was formerly the Vice President of CCS, a large-scale international consulting firm to the philanthropic sector. During that time, Tifany led the Eliminate Project as Executive Director in which the $110 million global project for Kiwanis International and UNICEF to eliminate maternal and neonatal tetanus (MNT), ultimately eliminated MNT globally and protected more than 61 million women and children. She has also helped scale a social enterprise, Street Business School, from offering its entrepreneurial education for women living in poverty from Uganda to 25+ countries globally through an innovative social franchise model.
Ultimately, Tifany is an adventure seeker looking to use her 20 years of work experience and a sense of humor to create impact in a professional and ambitious manner. Throughout her career, projects ranged from strategic planning, public relations initiatives, forging effective partnerships, mobilizing more than 7,000 volunteers, managing operations, and inspiring stewardship to resource important social efforts. In total, Tifany has partnered with incredible organizations to create collaborations that have had immeasurable impact.
Personal: Tifany enjoys volunteering locally to bring innovative solutions to create gender equality. She is a passionate supporter of the arts and loves the great outdoors, which she regularly enjoys with family. Tifany lives in and loves Colorado.
